Apex International University is an independent privately owned university in Uganda. The university is legally registered as Apex International University by the Registrar of Companies under the Companies Act, 2012 of the Republic of Uganda.
The university was incorporated under Certificate of Incorporation No. 80020002019276 dated 6th August 2019. Apex International University was accredited by the National Council for Higher Education (NCHE) in 2022 and consequently obtained its accreditation licence in February 2023.
The university is also licensed by the Uganda Business and Technical Examinations Board (UBTEB), supporting its commitment to practical, skills-oriented, and professionally relevant education.
